Mean Accuracy and Pass^4 on the held-out test tasks, by variant, for Retail and Airline. Lossless lifts retail accuracy +4.4 pp and Pass^4 +10.0 pp; airline accuracy rises +7.5 pp with lossless while sup3 gives the best Pass^4 at +10.0 pp.Cost per conversation grouped by Retail and Airline.
